Career Coaching

Not Sure What You Want to Do Next?

Maybe you're considering a career change. Maybe you've recently graduated and aren't sure which direction to take. Or perhaps you've built a successful career but are beginning to wonder whether it's still what you want.

Career decisions can become especially difficult when we're trying to balance what we want with what we think we should do.

My approach isn't about giving you a personality test and telling you what career to pursue. It's about helping you understand yourself more clearly—what motivates you, what gives you energy, what matters to you, and what may be keeping you stuck.

Together, we can work on things like career direction, major transitions, confidence and self-doubt, motivation, decision-making, work-life balance, and creating a practical path forward.

Career Experience Meets Coaching

I've spent more than 25 years in business, working across marketing, communications, business development, strategic partnerships and executive leadership. Most recently, I served for approximately five years as VP of Commercial for a clean-technology company, where I was part of the executive leadership team.

I've worked in startups, built new businesses and partnerships, negotiated complex commercial relationships, and experienced firsthand the pressure, uncertainty and constant change that can accompany an ambitious career.

I've also experienced the other side of achievement: reaching a point where the question changes from “How do I become successful?” to “What do I actually want my life to be about?”

Today, I bring that real-world experience together with my training as a coach and decades of personal study and practice in psychology, meditation and human development.
